September 30 Lunch & Learn

$75.00

Topic: The Intersection of Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management

Summary:

Similar to Compliance & Ethics, there has been increasing focus in recent years within organizations on the Enterprise Risk Management function, and in particular how ERM and Compliance intersect with each other.  Are ERM and Compliance separate functions?  Should they be?  How can ERM and Compliance teams work together and leverage off of each other?  This virtual lunch-and-learn will feature ERM and Compliance leaders from Delta Airlines and Equifax discussing how their ERM and Compliance programs are structured, how they interact with each other, and tips for getting better results from both.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand what is meant by Enterprise Risk Management, what risk areas ERM covers, and how it differs from Compliance
  • Explore the various ways Enterprise Risk Management can be organized and structured within an organization
