Topic: Operationalizing Data Privacy: Challenges & Opportunities

Summary: It is no secret that the legal and regulatory landscape around privacy continues to evolve. Organizations rely on their privacy and compliance teams to keep them up-to-speed on these changes and build sustainable solutions to protect their companies and the customer communities they serve. Many approaches exist on how to best tackle this heavy lift – but one size does not fit all and privacy leaders are feeling the pressure to get it right.

What are companies doing to operationalize privacy requirements? What is working? What is not? How can we scale existing practices? What are the ethical concerns we should continue to monitor? We’ve assembled a panel of privacy experts to provide tangible examples and unique perspectives.
Attendees are welcome to stay after the program to continue the conversation and enjoy virtual networking. Please note, the optional networking time is not eligible for any professional development credits.

Learning Objectives:

  • Establish understanding of existing US laws and anticipated updates, along with international regulations and their impact on the US laws
