- Check-in: 4:30pm – 5:00pm / 5:30pm – 6:00pm*
- Networking Happy Hour: 5:00pm – 6:00pm
- Program: 6:00pm – 7:00pm
- First pitch: 7:20pm
*Due to security measures at Truist Park, ballpark gates will be closed from 5:00pm-5:30pm. Those looking to attend the full networking happy hour should arrive to park gates no later than 5:00pm. Gates will reopen at 5:30pm.
CEU credits are issued based on actual run and attendance times of the learning portion of the program.

All guests will enter the stadium through the Right Field Gate.
To locate the Right Field Gate from Lot N29:

- Take a left out of Lot N29 and use the sidewalk until you see the staircase to access the pedestrian bridge.
- Use the pedestrian crosswalk to cross over Battery Avenue. You should see the Phil Niekro statue and the 3rd Base Gate.
- Walk along the sidewalk with the stadium on your left hand side passing the 1st Base Gate.
- Make a left once you pass the Ticket Windows and the Executive Offices Lobby doors.
- The Right Field Gate will be located on your left.
To locate Konica Minolta Conference Center from Right Field Gate:
- As you enter the Right Field Gate, please inform the security team that you are here for the ACE Roundtable event in the Konica Minolta Conference Center.
- Guests will pass the Clubhouse Store and take the escalators on the left hand side up one level.
- Make a right off of the escalators and the entrance to the Konica Minolta Conference Center will be on the right hand side.

Event tickets and parking passes will be sent to the email provided during registration. Tickets will be sent to registrants the week prior to the game.
Tickets will have $25 concession credits pre-loaded. This credit can be used at any concession stand for food, beverage (including alcohol), or merchandise. Note the credit cannot be used with in-aisle vendors.
Truist Park is now a bag-less stadium. Attendees should be as minimal as possible with the items they bring in for the event, as gameday operation does not allow bags larger than 5″x9″ clutches inside the stadium. Learn more here.
Arrival time: Due to security measures at the venue, all attendees who wish to attend the full happy hour are asked to be at park gates no later than 5:00 PM before gates close to the public. Gates will reopen at 5:30pm and will remain for the remainder of the evening. Please plan accordingly.
