Jason Meyer
President
LeadGood Education
Jason B. Meyer is a business lawyer, career entrepreneur, and a recognized thought leader in compliance education and ethical leadership. Through his own companies and the corporate compliance providers he has led, Jason has developed some of the most innovative and engaging approaches to enhancing working adults’ understanding of the law, compliance, and ethical leadership.
Jason is a native of Gainesville, Georgia, and currently leads two companies that he founded — each dedicated to using the law to help organizations grow and thrive. LeadGood Education is a compliance and ethics consultancy that specializes in education and supporting in-house compliance, HR, and management teams. Princeton Business Law is a law firm dedicated to meeting the legal needs of small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) and the entrepreneurs who run them.
In 2023, Jason’s companies launched “The NeuROInclusion Initiative” to address the often misunderstood legal and compliance implications of a simple human fact: that more than a quarter of today’s workforce may be defined as “neurodivergent.” Ignoring that fact results in unmitigated ADA risks and compliance programs that do not fully engage; recognizing that fact opens new leadership and economic opportunities. Jason’s companies help organizations with both sides of this equation.
Jason’s prior leadership experience includes founding LAWCAST, a nationally accredited provider of Continuing Legal Education (CLE); serving as Chief Legal and Ethics Officer for one of the first major providers of compliance e-learning (a training partner of the FDA); and leading the $50 million ethics education business unit for the largest ethics education provider at the time. Jason has authored and designed numerous groundbreaking ethics and compliance courses for a wide range of audiences, including educators, government agency managers, sales executives, and corporate directors. He is also co-host of The Eight Mindsets podcast, which guides compliance leaders to apply entrepreneurial strategies to elevate their effectiveness.
Jason earned his Bachelor’s Degree with high honors from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs and Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. Jason is a member of the New Jersey bar, a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), and Chair of his town’s Economic Development Commission. He’s also a member of BNI and—as a father to three sons—a former entrepreneurship mentor and Scout leader. Jason and his wife, Tracy W. Meyer, live near Princeton, New Jersey.
