April 25 | Innovative Ways to Find Compliance Talent

Topic: Innovative Ways to Find Compliance Talent

In an ever-evolving complex world, compliance professionals need a diverse team of resources to tackle the challenges they face and to protect their companies, employees, and communities.

Join the “Compliance Coach” Dr. Hemma Lomax in an interactive forum to discuss the unique types of talent and diversity of thought required to build and maintain an effective team of ethics and compliance champions. Hemma will share feedback on unique ways she has leveraged talent at her organizations and how she most recently went to the market to fill important roles on her team. Attendees are encouraged to come with your questions, ideas, success stories, and lessons learned!

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn how to find talent in your organization and make the case to them to explore stretch assignments on your team – even if you can’t compensate them for it
  • Identify best practices for going to market looking for the right professional backgrounds you need for specific roles
  • Explore tactics for empowering your existing team to know when to stretch themselves and also when to stand firm on scope creep and respond with solutions
