Jeff Cantrell currently serves as UPS’s Director of Employee Compliance. His area of responsibility includes employee-centric compliance processes such as the UPS Help Line, Business Ethics Questionnaire, Conflicts of Interest, Insider Trading, and the Special Investigations Unit. Prior to his current role, Jeff was the company’s Enterprise Risk Management Program Manager. He also has 13 years’ experience managing various UPS operations. In addition to leading the Employee Compliance function, Jeff trains Internal Audit and Compliance managers in the areas of data analytics and process improvement. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Baker College, and a Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University. He is currently an active member of the State Bar of Georgia, a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional, and serves as guardian ad litem for children in the foster care system.
Brett Munhall is a Data Analytics Manager for UPS with responsibility to provide support to the Corporate Internal Audit and Compliance functions worldwide. He has 25 years of experience in the Information Technology field with a multitude of related assignments including Telecommunications, Technology Architecture and Data Base Management. Brett has had responsibility for the Data Analytics Group since 2010 at UPS and has developed a wide variety of tools and techniques that have allowed UPS to detect fraud, waste and errors in many facets of the organization. In addition, he co-chairs a corporate sub-committee on data analytics which seeks to share tools and best practices across the organization. Brett holds a Bachelor’s degree in MIS from Georgia Southern University and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
Joe Sremack has over 16 years of experience and deep knowledge of advanced data analytics and IT systems including large-scale data systems, systems implementation, data collection and preservation, and data reporting. A computer scientist by training, Joe has provided systems development services and conducted numerous investigations and assessments involving IT systems investigations, data analysis, source code analysis, data compliance assessments, and the evaluation of technology solutions. He has assisted clients across the U.S. and internationally in such matters as financial crime investigations, regulatory compliance matters, intellectual property theft, and antitrust disputes. Author of “Big Data Forensics,” a technical guide on performing investigations of large-scale, clustered data systems, Joe frequently presents and writes on topics involving transactional data systems. Prior to joining BDO, Joe held leadership positions at several expert service and advisory consulting firms.
Jennifer Teerdhala has worked at The Coca-Cola Company for over 18 years. In her current role as Director of Compliance in the Ethics & Compliance Office, she oversees the Company’s Code of Business Conduct policy and related programs, including compliance technology, reporting, and risk assessments. In her previous role in Internal Audit, Jennifer moved from a traditional audit role to a COBC Manager. During this time, she implemented a new approach to anti-bribery audits around the globe utilizing customized analytics that addressed internal and external risks and concerns. Jennifer is an experienced investigator and has led some of the Company’s most sensitive internal investigations. She also routinely used data analytics in the investigative process, as well as for routine fraud monitoring of financial transactions in areas such as travel &entertainment, procure to pay, and purchase card. Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Jennifer developed a strong foundation in Finance through her experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Georgia Pacific. She holds the CPA, CCEP, CFE, CIPM, and CISA certifications.

The Atlanta Compliance and Ethics Roundtable educational sessions are designed for compliance, audit, and risk professionals. Our educational sessions are presented in a Group-Live format, and each subject matter is covered in a basic manner. There are no prerequisites for our programs, and no advance preparation is needed.
This educational activity has been approved for CEUs from the CCB, SHRM and the State Bar of Georgia.
The Atlanta Compliance and Ethics Roundtable, PENDING APPROVAL, is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
